Payments must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed without full payment.

5. Order Policy (Strict)

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or edited.
  • Customers must ensure all details (size, address, contact info) are accurate before placing the order.

6. Return & Refund Policy Integration

By placing an order, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy:

  • No returns, no exchanges
  • No refunds once order is placed
  • Products are custom-made and non-resellable

This policy is binding and non-negotiable.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
