Shipping Policy – Ushan
1. Order Processing Time
All orders at Ushan are made-to-order.
- Orders are processed and manufactured within 3–7 business days after successful payment.
- Processing time may vary depending on product complexity, order volume, or peak seasons.
Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Shipping Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:
- Within India: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
- Any applicable custom duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders must be paid by the customer.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/WhatsApp.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and coordinating with the courier if needed.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Ushan is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Unforeseen logistical issues
Delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability:
- Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
- No refunds will be issued
7. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept the order:
- The order will be considered cancelled by the customer
- No refund will be provided
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Ushan is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
- In case of lost shipments in transit, we will assist in raising a claim with the courier, but resolution depends on the courier company.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Record an unboxing video immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Without proper proof, claims will not be accepted.
Approved cases will be eligible for replacement only (no refunds).
