Return & Refund Policy – Ushan
1. Made-to-Order Policy
All products sold by Ushan are made-to-order, meaning production begins only after a customer places an order. Each item is uniquely created for the individual customer and cannot be reused or resold.
By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your purchase is a customized product.
2. Strict No Return & No Cancellation Policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.
- This policy is strictly enforced due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
3. No Refund Policy
- All sales are final and non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, color, or product selection
- Delay in delivery caused by logistics partners or external factors
- Refusal to accept delivery
By completing a purchase, you agree that you forfeit any right to a refund once the order is confirmed.
4. Customer Responsibility Clause
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate size, measurements, and product selection
- Entering correct shipping details and contact information
Ushan shall not be liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Damaged / Wrong Item Claims (Limited Exception)
We only consider claims in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged
- Item received is incorrect
Conditions:
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Must include clear unboxing video and photographic proof
Without valid proof, claims will not be accepted.
If approved, Ushan will:
- Offer a replacement only (no refunds)
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Policy
By placing an order with Ushan, you agree to the following legally binding terms:
- You confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy before completing the purchase.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid order that complies with this policy will be considered a violation of this agreement.
- Ushan reserves the right to:
- Submit this policy, order confirmation, and proof of delivery to the payment processor
- Contest and fully defend the chargeback claim
- Take further action if necessary for fraudulent disputes
7. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
- Delivery timelines are estimates only, not guarantees.
- Ushan is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Unforeseen logistical issues
